Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Prompt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Description of service
Prompt is a tool that helps designers and creative professionals collect structured feedback from clients and generates AI-assisted revision briefs from that feedback. The Service is currently offered as a closed beta, and features, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Beta access
Access to Prompt is currently invite-only and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. During the beta period, the Service may contain bugs, experience downtime, or change significantly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during this phase.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Client feedback and third parties
Prompt allows you to send feedback links to your own clients, who are not required to hold a Prompt account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process feedback and files from your clients through the Service. We are not a party to the relationship between you and your clients and are not responsible for the content your clients submit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Prompt to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to use the Service for any purpose other than collecting and managing creative feedback as intended.
Subscriptions and billing
Certain features of Prompt may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the files, feedback, and project content you upload to Prompt. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service, including generating AI briefs. Prompt, its branding, and its underlying software are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
AI-generated content
Prompt uses AI (via Anthropic's Claude models) to synthesize client feedback into revision briefs. AI-generated briefs are provided as a helpful summary and starting point only — they may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it in your work.
Termination
You may stop using Prompt and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or if required to comply with applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any AI-generated output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompt and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Your continued use of Prompt after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
