What we collect
We collect your name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide when requesting access or using Prompt. We also collect project data, client feedback responses, and uploaded files that you add to the platform.
How we use your data
We use your information to operate and improve Prompt, send you transactional emails (feedback requests, confirmations), and generate AI revision briefs from client feedback. We do not sell your data to third parties.
AI processing
Prompt uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate revision briefs from client feedback responses. By using Prompt, you acknowledge that client feedback content is processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase. Files you upload are stored in Supabase Storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
Third-party services
Prompt uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and storage), SendGrid (transactional email), Anthropic (AI brief generation), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
